A registration or licence from Malaysia’s National Oil Corporation Petronas, is required before a party is allowed entry into Malaysia’s oil and gas industry. This is provided for under the Petroleum Development Act 1974.
A Petronas licence or registration would allow a party to transact with Petronas and its subsidiaries and other Production Sharing Contractors of Petronas.
FTCC is pleased to share a graphical overview of the application process for a Petronas licence or registration. If you would like a better resolution copy of the file, please drop us your email address through direct message or in the comments section.
